Christophe L. DiFalco

Christophe L. DiFalco is a founding partner of DiFalco & Fernandez, the head of the New York office, as well as the Managing Partner of the firm. Prior to co-founding DiFalco & Fernandez, Christophe gained extensive experience practicing in New York for several prominent law firms, as both a corporate and real estate attorney.

Christophe’s primary fields of concentration are general corporate and private equity advisory work, corporate securities, mergers & acquisitions, entity structuring (both internationally and domestically), board of director advisement, and all aspects of commercial real estate. He works with a wide-variety of corporate clients ranging from private enterprises and start-up ventures, to publicly traded companies.

Christophe’s specialty is his diverse and acute appreciation and knowledge of the law, combined with a realistic and problem solving approach to business. This unique union of skills has resulted in a majority of the Firm’s larger relationships and enterprise clients requesting Christophe act as both counsel and trusted advisor; advising them in all aspects of their business, investments and opportunities. Such relationships are global in nature and include foreign and domestic investors, family offices, private equity funds and other hybrid investment entities and partnerships.

In addition to DiFalco & Fernandez, Christophe is the Chief Executive Officer of The DiFalco Group (www.DiFalcoGroup.com), which invests in both domestic and international opportunities. It’s holdings span various industries, primarily focusing on strategic and value based investments, both domestic and internationally, as well as hospitality and commercial real estate.
