Rusalka de la Campa

Rusalka de la Campa is an attorney in the Coral Gables office of DiFalco & Fernandez, LLLP. She focuses her practice on real estate, finance and complex corporate matters.

Rusalka began her legal career as an Associate in the Structured Finance Group at a leading multinational law firm in New York City, working on a variety of financial products and with a concentration in asset-backed securities offerings. Her relocation to Miami, Florida, offered her the opportunity to continue practicing law in-house at the Latin American division of a global multimedia company, advising on the distribution of pay-television content and corresponding marketing campaigns throughout the Latin American and Caribbean regions.

Over time, Rusalka expanded her legal practice to include the real estate industry, initially concentrating on residential transactions and eventually broadening her practice to include commercial matters. She has worked with clients on both the seller- and buyer-side in transactions involving single-family residences, multifamily properties and condo units and has extensive experience representing sellers of hotel properties in complex asset deals.  In addition, Rusalka has represented hotel owners in their negotiation of operating leases and management agreements for their portfolio of hotels.  To further complement her real estate practice, Rusalka has negotiated commercial leases for clients in industries ranging from hospitality to luxury retail.

Prior to joining DiFalco & Fernandez, Rusalka was a Partner at the Miami office of a boutique transactional and corporate law firm, heading up their real estate practice.
