Federico E. Fernandez

Federico E. Fernandez is a founding partner of DiFalco & Fernandez, the head of the Florida office, and a corporate and real estate attorney. Prior to co-founding DiFalco & Fernandez, Federico gained experience in the corporate practice groups of two of the largest law firms in the United States. Federico’s clients range from well-established enterprises to fledgling entrepreneurs and investors. Having dedicated an extensive portion of his practice to negotiating cross-border transactions, Federico regularly advises both domestic and international clients concerning general business and corporate law, real estate investments, asset and share purchases, joint ventures, and various forms of private equity and secured transactions.

Federico is fluent in both English and Spanish and frequently advises clients regarding matters exclusively transacted in Spanish.
